When Steven isn’t designing enterprise-wide websites for one of Virginia’s largest public universities, he’s a freelance web designer and illustrator. Before higher ed, Steven worked for nearly a decade in the web design agency world, and has been building websites since backgrounds were gray and links were blue. Away from the web, Steven sketches, paints and takes photos.
