TheAdstock
TheAdStock is the new kid in town in terms of stock photography sites, and it’s a little different from the rest of the pack. We know how designers spend hours of work cropping images and changing backgrounds, but now you don’t need to anymore. TheAdStock provides transparent images, ready to use in your banner ads, websites, blogs, flyers, brochures and other advertising materials, digital or printed.

And where most stock sites let you download JPGs only, TheAdStock sells only high quality TIFFs and PNGs, and lets you preview the images on different background colors.

TheAdStock was created by Smartketer LLC, the same company that came up with BannerSnack (online banner generator), as a natural step in the company’s efforts to help users create the best banners. The idea grew into a collection they’d like to offer to anyone who’s into making ads, websites or prints, to help make their jobs simpler.

  21. We love to use themed images and these are all terrific. I find customers appreciate updated images that reflect the time of year, such as Fourth of July and holidays, that also include people.
