About Future of Web Design

Future of Web Design has been producing web design conferences for nearly a decade. FOWD is intimately familiar with the trends, technologies, and stars that make the web beautiful. Our two-track events mean you always have a choice — you’re not locked into one room and one track. And we record every session for all attendees, so you’ll never miss a thing. As always, content is king.

  1. Last year, I was really close to be part of the conference. I proudly bought a ticket. Unfortunately, I got ill before the conference and couldn’t make it. I had to sell my ticket and follow the conference from a distance. This year I have less budget to spend on conferences. It would be amazing to get a ticket through this giveaway!

  2. I love to learn new things and hear people much smarter than me talk about topics I love to listen to. What else could you want?

  3. Because web design is the future – so the conference is actually about the future of the future!

  4. Wow, what a great experience that would be: London and Webdesign, my favourite city and my freelance occupation! It would be amazing, to be there!

  5. Still being relatively new to web designs, I would benefit immensely attending this conference. Plus It will just be great. Also, having just started my CS degree, students have no money! 🙂

  6. As a developer trying to learn more on the user experience, this conference was one of the best I have ever visited. A lot of learning involved and of course the best, networking. Anybody that wins these tickets will have the privilege of advancing their skills and techniques. Good luck to all participants! One of the speakers you should definitely check out is Jason Pamental.

  7. I’d love to attend this as it would be my first web design conference. I can’t afford to go to them at the moment!

  8. I’d love to attend this conference as I am the owner of a small new web shop Young & Smitten and I am trying hard to stay on top of new developments regarding web design and technologies. At the moment, the shop is still rather basic but there is a backlog of redesign to-dos — and why not get inspiration from FOWD.

In my day job, I work for Google on Google Shopping which results in the fact that I get to witness a lot of the… ehm… not-so-pretty websites that some people set up and that in turn helps to develop a very strong appreciation for beautiful, thought-through web design.

  9. As an aspiring designer, I’d love to learn more about the world of art and design and this conference would definitely be an experience of a lifetime.

  10. I’ve been employed as a website manager for a couple of years now. I’m looking to spread my wings and move towards being a self-employed web designer. What better way is there to initiate myself into the industry other than to be surrounded by professionals discussing its future!

  11. I’m just starting out as a website designer. I’d love the experience to learn from the experts. I think it would really help my career.

  12. Oh wow! Would be pretty amazing to get the opportunity to visit London and learn where the future of my career/passion is going. I’ve never been to a conference and I think this would be a good start.

  13. I have attended a FOWD once and it was really amazing. As I am constantly challenged to teach state of the art knowledge to my students and my colleagues I would love to get the chance to bring my knowledge to the latest trends again. And I have never been to London, so this would be the perfect opportunity.

  14. When you learn something in reality its never like on the internet, i’m from palestine and i need to practice, learn & share hare my knowledge with a professional designer and predict what the future will be like in web design

  15. I would love to use the conference to gain knowledge of new techniques for work and personal projects. Shared on twitter @xaviemirmon

  16. As it hasn’t been that long that I started designing websites, I think this conference will give me quite a boost for my future work. Also I hope this conference for future webdesign will give me a new view on where I want to go with my work and what to focus on.

  18. Hi, I’m a web developer and trying to look into new design trends for 2014. It would be very nice experience for me to attend this conference!

  19. It’s important to keep up to date with the latest trends, developments and overall love that people have within the industry. The FOWD is the place where all of this is combined.

  20. I’m working as web designer in Poland.
Polish market for web design in still very undeveloped and it’s hard to learn new stuff. If you’ll able me to attend in Future of Web Design event, I will do my best to use gained knowledge to spread new trends and ways in web design. 🙂
