  3. FoWD is consistently one of the best events in our industry and the speakers this year are amazing. Harry Robert’s workshop in particular would be awesome to be a part of!

    Thanks

  6. Hey,

I’d love to go because keeping up to date is tough in this industry. The web is undergoing a constant transformational shift in how it delivers content, and it’s a battle sometimes to stay up to date with bleeding edge developments. This conference would no doubt help in that department.

Also Stephen Hay’s talk sounds super intriguing.

    Thanks!

  10. I started studying wed design in 2012 after receiving a grant from a local charity , unfortunately the training centre had close last year due to uni cut backs. I am really keen about doing this type of work in my career, as I loved it at collage / uni but feel a bit lost as don’t know which way to go and have no guidance due to training centre closing 🙁 https://twitter.com/kieran_25/status/427783981761703936

  11. Learning about new technologies that would be used in the future will give me valuable insight that can connect with my work ( internet marketing and SEO) as from my perspective of view design can have big impact on site ranking not directly but indirectly, for example with improving the bounce rate etc..

  12. WOW, that could be an adventure! I could learn about new trends, meet a lot of amazing people and then share my knowledge and experience from the FOWD conference (I’m very interested in UX panel chats, because of my profession) with local community of web designers!

  13. This would be a great occasion to gather new ideas, insights and know how on state of the art ui|ux design and how to use current and upcoming web technologies for amazing user experiences. I’d love to go to this conference.

  14. That sounds like a big source of inspiration and would be the perfect occasion to do the London-Trip I always wanted to do!

  15. We recently launched a private beta for our web startup owlhub.
As the lead frontend developer, I would love to discover the latest trends in web development.
I am perfectly sure that the conference will help us to improve our product.

  16. FOWD gathers an inspiring panel of great people who really knows how to think in Web Design.
More than trends or techniques, real design problems are discussed by the best . Great people, great experiences.
That’s why I want to attend this year!

  17. Been wishing to attend for a while, unfortunately the price has been holding me back. It looks like 2 of great inspirational experience.

  18. Working and sharing ideas inside such a great group will surely help me expand my knowledge and a great place to learn. It’d be glad to go, to learn and most of all to have fun.

    Cheers from Serbia.

  19. I’d really love to hear about Zero Interface, that’s one the principles I think are really important to implement in life to have a really good UX. And yes, that should be a thrilling experience all together!

  20. As I prepare to redesign our company’s website from scratch essentially, I find myself almost overwhelmed by where to start! I am looking to learn as much as I can so that I can produce an excellent and useable product for them.

  21. I am from the future and wonder if Hay, Pamental, Nabors and Setzen have the right vision of it.. 😉

    greetings from 2016!

  22. I would love to win this ticket to meet my favorite designers and front end developers . I have never been to any conference as i am student can not afford to buy such expensive conference ticket.

  23. As a web designer and front-end developer, I’d love to attend this event in order to discuss and share principles, techniques, and of course design. I’ve seen recordings and read articles from FOWD before, and there has always been valuable takeaways. I’d love to go 🙂

  24. Dreaming about this conference for the last 5 years, but the ticket is really pricey for my standard.
Would love to network with people and learn some new stuff from big names in the industry.

  25. ‘Huge does of inspiration’ is the best reason to attend a conference of this caliber.

  26. I am studying web design/development at uni and would love to be able to go to something like this as i believe it would further my learning. Plus it would be a great experience for anybody.

  27. I just think it would be awesome to experience first hand what some of the leading minds of the web think about the future of webdesign! 🙂

  28. I want to learn more about whats to look forward to in the world of web design and to expand my skills. Where better than FOWD!

Ps. On android Chrome browser your images arent responsive like the rest of the page 😉

  29. It’s a great opportunity to exchange ideas, and to make some peace in the evergoing wars of the web (at least in our minds).

  30. I’d love to be able to attend this conference simply because web design is my passion.

When I first started freelancing years ago, I would always be hesitant to accept web design projects because I had no prior exposure or formal education about it. Now that I am finally taking up what I really want in college, I’ve finally been able to grasp the ins and outs of web design. And now, more than ever, I am sure that this is the path that I want to take.

At this point though, I have so much more to learn before I can really consider myself a good designer in this field. But being able to attend FOWD will certainly be a life-changing opportunity.

Good luck to everyone joining the giveaway!
